WORSHIP AND REGULAR SERVICES

SUNDAYS

8:45am EUCHARIST
Our early morning Communion service alternates between the Book of Common Prayer and Common Worship. It tends to be a quieter service than the later one, drawing on a more traditional hymns. We meet for tea and coffee after the service.

10:30am FAMILY EUCHARIST
Our later service features a wider variety of musical songs and styles, and there are groups for children and young people during the first part of the service. Members of the congregation are invited to remain for tea, coffee and conversation after the service – and perhaps join in our semi-regular post-service discussion group, where you can chew over the sermon.

10:30am ALL-AGE SERVICES and CAFE CHURCH
Once a month we enjoy an all-age service together. This sometimes takes the form of a Café Church service, with breakfast and chat shared over tables, followed by the exploration of a bible passage or theme through music, discussion, activities and prayers.

‘TASTE’ is an informal service, held monthly at 6.30pm. We share
refreshments and then take the opportunity to explore faith more deeply than is often possible in the more formal services offered by the church. We frequently invite a guest to talk about their life, faith and experience of God.

MESSY CHURCH
Messy Church takes place monthly from 4pm-6pm for activities and
worship related to a Bible story; following which you’re invited
to stay for tea. Our only request is that children are accompanied by an adult.

WEEKDAYS

MORNING PRAYER is said on Monday mornings at 9.30am via zoom. Following through the service from Common Worship, we also reflect on the Scriptures of the day, and hold events, people and places in prayer together. It lasts about 20 minutes and all are welcome to join. Please request a zoom invitation from the rector (via contact us form).

WEDNESDAY EUCHARIST
Our mid-week evening Eucharist at 6pm is a quiet, spoken service with an extended time of prayer and intercession. A more intimate
gathering, we meet together in the chancel (front part of the church). The service usually lasts around half an hour.

PRAYER FOR THE CHURCH. On the second Saturday of the month people meet at 8.30 to share toast and tea/coffee, followed by prayer for the life of our church.
