Worship and Prayer

‘Sing to the Lord a new song: sing his praise in the congregation of the faithful.’  Psalm 149 v 1

We are all God’s children and to grow in faith we need each other. We rejoice to meet together to worship God wholeheartedly, and to share in prayer for each other, for our community, for the world around us and for the whole of God’s creation. St John’s is a welcoming community and embraces folk from across the range of Christian traditions. This is reflected in the variety of different worship styles that we have, and in our preaching and teaching, and our exploration, of the Bible.
